Overview

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), grants California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. This page describes those rights and how to exercise them with respect to FleetPort Holdings, LLC.

This notice applies to California residents only and supplements our general Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

Right to Know (Access): You have the right to request that we disclose the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or other purposes permitted by the CCPA/CPRA.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes, we will update this notice and provide you with an opt-out mechanism.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: To the extent we collect sensitive personal information, you have the right to limit our use and disclosure of that information to purposes specified by the CPRA.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different price or level of service because you exercised your rights.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by:

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing of the reason and extension period.

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization and may verify your identity directly.

Financial Incentives

FleetPort Holdings does not offer any financial incentives, price differences, service differences, or quality differences in exchange for the collection, retention, or sale of personal information. We do not maintain any programs that would constitute a financial incentive under the CCPA/CPRA.
